Haramain Stays & Transfers exists for one reason: an Umrah trip should be planned around worship, not logistics. We are an online booking service for the two holy cities. We arrange stays at the landmark hotels of Makkah and Madinah — organised on this website by the measure that decides how your days feel, the real walking distance to the Haram — and we run the private transfers between the airport, the hotels and the two cities.
Everything happens in one WhatsApp conversation, in the open. Hotel prices in the holy cities change with seasons and availability, so instead of printing rates that would be wrong by next month, we quote live for your exact dates and confirm the room type and view category in writing before you commit. Transfer fares, which are stable, are published on this site — the same fares as our sister service UmrahRide VIP, which operates the cars with us.
We state distances plainly, including when a famous hotel is a five-minute walk rather than 'steps away'. We do not publish hotel prices we cannot honour, guest ratings we cannot verify, or availability we have not checked. If a shuttle-distance hotel suits your budget better, we will say so and explain the trade-off. Pilgrims trust the person who tells them the walk is uphill — and we intend to be that person for every family we serve.
