Last updated: 2026. Haramain Stays & Transfers ("we", "us") provides Umrah hotel booking and private transfer arrangement services through this website and WhatsApp.
When you contact us, you share the details needed to plan your trip: your name, phone number, travel dates, group size, flight details and hotel preferences. If you browse the website without contacting us, we receive only standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics.
We use your information only to quote, book and operate your hotels and transfers: sharing the minimum necessary details (lead guest name, arrival time, group size) with the hotel and the driver assigned to your journey. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use trip details for unrelated marketing.
Bookings are arranged over WhatsApp; those conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours. We retain booking records for as long as needed to operate your trip and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
This website is a static information site. It does not run advertising trackers and does not build profiles of visitors. If analytics are enabled, they are limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting measurements such as page views and approximate country, used to understand which hotels and guides pilgrims find useful.
