We act as a booking and arrangement service for hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah and for private ground transfers in Saudi Arabia. Hotels are operated by their respective owners; your stay is also subject to the hotel's own policies on check-in, identification and conduct, including Saudi regulations for access to the holy cities.
Hotel prices are quoted live for your dates and are only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed in writing by us. Transfer fares published on this website are fixed per vehicle for the described direct journey; any change of route, added stops or waiting beyond the included allowance is quoted before it is incurred.
Hotel change and cancellation terms follow the specific property and rate booked; we state them in writing at confirmation. Transfer bookings can be rescheduled without charge when you tell us before the driver is dispatched; flight delays are always accommodated without penalty.
We take responsibility for arranging what we confirm: the room type and dates booked, and the vehicle at the agreed place and time. We are not responsible for airline delays, government restrictions, road closures around the Harams, or hotel operational decisions outside our control — but we will always work with you to re-plan when such events occur.
Where a deposit or full payment is required to secure a booking, the amount, method and deadline are stated in writing before you pay. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal for transfers and in the currency stated on your hotel confirmation. If a hotel cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer an equivalent or better alternative in the same distance band, or a full refund of amounts paid to us for that booking — your choice.
We work hard to keep distances, facilities and fares on this site accurate, and we review them regularly. Hotel facilities can change at the property's decision, and published transfer fares may be updated for future bookings; the fare or rate in your written confirmation is the one that applies to your trip.
